Please print out and use this form when you wish to submit a request to the Architectural Review Committee for consideration of permanent exterior changes to your residence.
In considering the request, the Committee:
• may request additional information
• suggest modifications for the project to keep it within community guidelines
• speak with neighbors who may be impacted visually, structurally, or otherwise
• approve or reject the application
Should the Committee approve the application, it will be forwarded to the THCA Board for a final decision.
