Planning to change your windows?

No problem, as long as you want to do it with windows the Homeowners Association already had approved for some of your neighbors.

The only catch is that you still must apply to the Architectural Review Committee before you begin any such work. Sorry, but them's the rules.

Just contact Bill Dowd, committee chairman, or committee members Tom Chichester or Jerry Gordon for a form to apply for approval from both the committee and the board.
