The City of Troy Planning Board has put the Diamond Ridge expansion project on its agenda for the 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 10, meeting at City Hall.
Because this comes under "old business," it should be discussed early in the session, a welcome change for those of us who have fidgeted through seemingly endless meetings in the past.
Here's how the project is described on the agenda:
PB2006-010 - Preliminary Review of a proposal to construct 17 two-family apartment buildings for senior living. Project location is Harris Road. Applicant is Omni Housing Development, 40 Beaver Street, Albany NY 12207.
