• A driver caution was posted on social media today by Sidewinder Photography, which covers the Troy scene in great detail:
"City of Troy: Large section of the road on 15th Street between Hoosick Street and Hutton Street has washed out from the torrential rain.
"The roadway was only filled in with crusher run from a previous construction project. Drivers should use caution as the holes are over three feet wide and some of them over three feet deep. Your vehicle will be damaged in this location if you do not go slow through the area.
"Vehicles that are low to the ground should seek alternate routes."
