Update: Cleanup, lawn care under way

UPDATE (Saturday, 4/22/23): We have arranged for our new lawn maintenance contractor Skyview Landscaping to tend to the snowplow damage this week that happened during the winter. Our now-former snow plower Bay Contracting did not perform adequate repairs that should have included raking and application of topsoil and grass seed.

(Earlier story Thursday, 4/20/23): Spring cleanup got under way in earnest on The Terrace today.

A large crew from Skyview Landscaping, our new grounds maintenance provider, descended on the community with blowers, rakes, shovels, and all manner of equipment to remove winter debris and begin prepping the grounds for regular care.

In addition, a crew from Vinmar solutions was here to deliver the annual spring pre-emergent weed and crabgrass applications. They posted warning flags throughout the properties, so please exercise caution when you and/or your pets are on the lawns for the next 24-48 hours.
