After a comparatively mild winter that finished with a flourish that included a damaging downfall of heavy, wet snow, Spring inevitably has arrived.
That means it's time for the annual fixup/cleanup/tuneup activities to take place.
We have three work sessions scheduled for the next week:
• On Saturday and/or Sunday -- Bay Contracting has promised to complete the required repairs of lawn damage caused by winter snow plowing, which includes topsoil and grass seeding.
• On Wednesday -- Skyview Landscaping, our new grounds maintenance provider, has scheduled a general cleanup of individual properties and all common areas.
• On Thursday -- Longtime vendor Vinmar Solutions has scheduled spring lawn applications of pre-emergent crabgrass and weed control solutions.
Please be sure outdoor furniture, grills, seasonal coverings of AC units, and any other potential impediments to the work have been moved out of the way.
And, as mentioned earlier, a walkaround has been scheduled for Friday at 11 a.m. for residents who have expressed interest in getting bids for driveway maintenance.
