Reminder: Meeting date and proxy process

We checked with the Faith Lutheran Church office today to confirm their meeting room for our 7 p.m Monday, October 17, membership meeting there. So, unless they make a last-minute change to the schedule, we're on! 

While we hope to have a large turnout since this will be our first in-person meeting in a long time because of the COVID restrictions, if you do not plan to join us you nevertheless can be counted toward the presence of a quorum and, if desired, have your vote counted on any business matters.You can make that happen via proxy.  

Back on September 16, we emailed all residents a call for proxies and on the same date posted on The Terrace Times an explanation of the procedure. If somehow you missed those communications, you can read the info by clicking here. Reminder: The deadline for submitting proxies is this coming Friday, October 14.
